Current and future Panthers Lacrosse players check your email! Invites were sent to join the Team Snap to receive updates and reminders of green days and practice. If you’re interested in trying out this spring and want to receive info, DM us so we can add you #pantherlax

[Daniel Makepeace @PureIntensityBB]

Ask yourself this question: When was the last time I showed up to practice 30 minutes early or stayed 30 minutes after to get up extra reps? Doing so shows how committed you are!

[PFallsLax @PFallsLax]

Players, be sure are ready for the season with the correct gear

[USA Lacrosse @USA_Lacrosse]

New year, new rules.

Chest protectors and shoulder pads for boys' and men's field players must meet the NOCSAE performance standard ND200.

The requirement has already been in place for boys' and girls' field goalies.
