It’s all talk. Just withhold foreign aid to Israel for a month and they’ll stop bombing their neighbors - instant peace, the Strait of Hormuz can be opened, and gas drops $2 a gallon. Israel has been, and continues to be, the biggest welfare recipient from American tax payers.
@DetroitPistons So... How can Xfinity households watch it? Prime video is trash enough, but now GAME SEVEN airs on a channel that the largest cable provider no longer carries?
@riger1984 I will never wonder that, and I don't understand all these takes. I've actually watched him pitch. Not sure what every other fan sees? I've never seen a pitcher gas like him. When he's done, he's DONE. And, he was obviously DONE.
I don’t trust a single sentence that comes out of the U.S. government, its agencies, or anyone orbiting their budgets.
It doesn't matter who is in power.
The incentive structure rewards narrative control, not truth.
Careers rise on loyalty, message discipline, and useful leaks, while plain reality gets buried under classification, redactions, and “ongoing investigation.”
That is simply not a reliable pathway to truth.
This machine does not need to discover what is true. It needs to manage what is believed. If the facts help a power grab, you will hear them on repeat. If the facts threaten a friend, a funder, or a foreign partner, they vanish into process.
Truth becomes a prop when convenient and a casualty when it is not. Expecting otherwise is malpractice.
This does not mean every claim from official mouths is false. It means the method that produces those claims is structurally unreliable.
You cannot derive trust from a system that punishes candor, pays for secrecy, and treats being wrong as a non-event so long as the right people benefit. If you treat that feed as a primary source, you are renting your mind to their incentives.
Unfortunately, people cling to it anyway because their identity is tied to the uniform. Admitting the scaffold is crooked feels like admitting you were naive. It is easier to nod along than to hold uncertainty. It is easier to outsource judgment to a seal, a badge, or a podium than to do the slow work of verification.
Power understands this. That is why so much lives behind classification. You cannot check what you cannot see. You cannot contest what you cannot quote. The vacuum gets filled with “trust the process” while the process exempts itself from scrutiny and then demands more reach, more data, more budget.
Failures are followed by requests for new authorities. Lies are followed by calls for tighter controls. Every scandal becomes an argument for deeper access to your life.
Regular people help it along. They repeat talking points because they are busy and because the documents that would allow independent judgment are kept out of reach.
They want to believe the system that branded them citizen, the system that signs their checks and stamps their passport. It feels safer to belong to the story than to stand apart from it. That emotional shortcut is precisely what is being harvested.
Treat official claims as attempts to move you. Treat them as hypotheses at best, propaganda at worst. Demand primary sources, full documents, and independent audits you can actually read.
If the evidence is hidden, the correct posture is doubt. If the evidence appears only when it helps the ruling interest, the correct posture is refusal.
Your autonomy lives or dies on this. Trust granted to unaccountable power is not virtue. Once you accept their frame as default, you become a pawn in games you do not see.
You will be fed fear to justify surveillance. You will be fed outrage to justify force. You will be fed tidy stories to smooth over failures that would get any private firm sued into ashes.
The pattern has been stable for decades. Missed warnings. Manufactured certainty. Retroactive excuses. “No comment.” Then the ask for more authority. Each time, the same chorus insists that this time will be different if only you comply harder. Each time, the scoreboard reads the same.
If you still treat government statements as a reliable pathway to truth, you are volunteering to be handled. You are letting people with every reason to shape your perception do exactly that.
Pull your mind back. Believe what you can verify. Everything else is theater, and you are the mark if you clap.
@FenixAmmunition I just need every COWARD to admit that they're cowards. Stop hiding behind "Daniel Penny". You aren't afraid of prosecution or the media. If you were man enough 2 stand up before "DP", you still are. If you hide behind "Penny", you weren't ever stepping in to begin with.
A singer in the UK sings "Death, death to the IDF"
And people shout terrorist.
A singer in Israel signs bombs that actually kill children sheltering in tents...and nobody blinks an eyelid.
Madness.
Our governments are useless and evil and complicit in a genocide.
