@FedExManJohn@EricLDaugh Former is the operative word.... a lot of people have "former" attached to their life. Being classy now after horrible "former" choices is brilliant.
@GinGin19438461@MAGAVoice Sure - one step at a time. If any of this is true, which we can pray it is, lets support movement toward Jesus rather than throw shade.
@DrHenryCloud I agree. However, it would be wise to make sure it is genuinely an absence of joy and not just a rough season. I do believe that there can be joy in a tough season, but sometimea we need to get through the season to know if joy is truly gone or just clouded (not Henry Cliuded)
@ShaneClaiborne Probably not as bad as you think Shane...
you just might be surprised at what you see if God grants you eyes to see. Either way, whether you believe this is good or bad, the nation is pretty resilient.
@ShaneClaiborne Shane
How about release the hostages now.
How about Hamas admit to atrocities?
How about we ask Egypt and Jordan why they dont want refugees from Palestine?
When evangelist Billy Sunday became a Christian, an older believer gave him some advice. He said, "William, there are three simple rules I can give to you, and if you will hold to them, you will never write 'backslider' after your name.
Take fifteen minutes each day to listen to God talking to you;
take fifteen minutes each day to talk to God; take fifteen minutes each day to talk to others about God."
@jeffalford@ShaneClaiborne Why does it make sense to reject the corporate worship of Jesus because people were hypocritical, probably more like you than you like, just in different ways. I don't know you but I make an assumption that you don't live well everything you say you believe.
