@mojorabbit @JamieBonkiewicz My family has been here since the 1600s. But we add people along the line and my great grandparents who came from France where completely assimilated. So maybe your thinking of some specific groups that took longer but the Germans and Dutch and English did so quickly.

@kingxtwink @amelia_tweetz It is not the lack of resources it is the lack of culture to not abuse the system. We would fail because a larger and larger portion of our population would say why should i get up at 5 am and go to work when my neighbor gets to stay home. At some point we would be broke.
