To understand why people say "The BJP is like an Event Management Company," you don’t need complex political theories.

You just need to look at how modern weddings or mega rock concerts are planned.

Most traditional political parties work like old-school family gatherings:
people start planning at the last minute, relatives argue over who is in charge, and work only happens two weeks before the big day.

The BJP, however, works like a high-end corporate event planning firm.

Here is how they turn elections into professionally managed mega-events:

1. Ground Logistics Down to a Single Page (The "Panna Pramukh")

Think of a huge event where ushers have a strict guest list to make sure every VIP gets a seat.

The BJP breaks the official voter list down to the single page (about 30 to 40 voters, usually 5 to 8 families).

They assign one dedicated worker—a "Panna Pramukh" (Page In-Charge)—to just that one page.

That worker’s job is simple:
know those families, stay in touch, remind them to vote, and physically help them reach the polling booth on election day.

While other parties look at constituencies as massive crowds, the BJP manages the crowd like an airline seat chart.

2. Grand Stage Shows and Non-Stop Hype

A great event company knows how to build suspense, pull off a massive show, and keep the crowd hooked.

Choreographed Rallies:
Their rallies are not random speeches. The stage design, giant LED screens, background music, camera angles, and entry timing are planned to look dramatic on live TV and short phone videos (Reels, Shorts).

The "Continuous Buzz":
Whether it is an election, a new government scheme launch, or a national event, they treat everything like a festival launch. They never switch off the "show mode."

WhatsApp and Social Media:
Just like movie promotions release trailers, teasers, and songs step-by-step, party messages are dropped into neighborhood WhatsApp groups on a strict daily schedule.

3. Using Data Like an Online Shopping App

When you buy something on an app like Amazon or Flipkart, they track what you like and keep sending you reminders.

The party does something very similar with government welfare schemes ("Labharthis" or beneficiaries).

If a household receives free rations, a gas cylinder, or housing funds, call centers and local workers track that data.

When the election comes, the message to that voter is personalized:
"The government gave you this benefit, don't forget us." It is targeted customer service, but for votes.

4. Strict Company Rules, Not Local Drama
In many parties, local leaders fight each other for tickets and ruin the campaign. A corporate event management company does not allow individual staff members to hijack the client's wedding.

One Brand, One Leader:
The central leadership runs the show. Slogans, colours, banners, and speaking topics are decided at head office and sent out across the country.

Disciplined Ground Staff:
Backed by deeply dedicated volunteers (including the RSS network), their field workers follow orders and checklists without demanding personal fame or extra favors.

If a local candidate is weak or unpopular, the party machine runs on the national brand name alone, treating the candidate like just another actor on a pre-built stage.

Calling the BJP an "event management company" is not necessarily an insult—it simply describes reality.

Today, winning an election across a country with 900+ million voters requires massive money, sharp digital marketing, zero mistakes, and nonstop coordination.

In that setup, the party behaves less like a slow government department and more like a company hired to pull off the biggest live show on Earth.

একটি গণতান্ত্রিক দেশে কোনো ব্যক্তি বিশেষের মেয়াদ দিয়ে সরকারি নথির বৈধতা নির্ধারিত হয় না।

তপস চট্টোপাধ্যায় তৎকালীন রাজারহাট-গোপালপুর পৌরসভার চেয়ারম্যান বা প্রশাসক হিসেবে যে সমস্ত প্ল্যান অনুমোদন করেছিলেন, সেগুলি কোনো ব্যক্তিগত সিদ্ধান্ত নয়—তা ছিল একটি বিধিবদ্ধ সাংবিধানিক সংস্থা (Statutory Body)-র প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক অনুমোদন।

আইনি বাস্তবতা:
প্রশাসনিক আইনে 'ব্যক্তি' পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে, কিন্তু 'প্রতিষ্ঠান' অপরিবর্তিত থাকে।

পরবর্তীতে রাজারহাট-গোপালপুর পৌরসভা বিধাননগর পৌরনিগমের (BMC) অন্তর্ভুক্ত হলেও পূর্ববর্তী সমস্ত বৈধ সরকারি আদেশ ও অনুমোদন আইনিভাবে কার্যকর থাকে।

কোনো সুনির্দিষ্ট আদালত বা তদন্তের রায় ছাড়া একটি সামগ্রিক টাইমলাইন বা ব্যক্তিকে উদ্দেশ্য করে সব অনুমোদনকে "সন্দেহজনক" দাগিয়ে দেওয়া প্রশাসনিক নৈরাজ্য তৈরির অপচেষ্টা।

২.ব্যাংকিং ব্যবস্থা ও নিয়ামক কাঠামোর অবমূল্যায়ন (Flawed Banking Logic)
বিবৃতিটিতে ব্যাংক ও ব্যাংকের আইনজীবীদের কার্যপদ্ধতিকে অত্যন্ত হালকাভাবে দেখানো হয়েছে, যা চরম অবৈজ্ঞানিক:

শিডিউল্ড বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংক বা শীর্ষস্থানীয় আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো (HDFC, SBI, PNB Housing ইত্যাদি) আরবিআই (RBI) ও ন্যাশনাল হাউজিং ব্যাংক (NHB)-এর কঠোর নির্দেশিকা মেনে কাজ করে।

প্রতিটি প্রজেক্টে অর্থ ছাড়ের আগে ব্যাংক নিজস্ব এমপ্যানেল্ড আইনজীবী দিয়ে ৩০ বছরের 'Title Search Report' এবং পুরসভার 'Sanction Plan' ও 'Search Certificate' নিখুঁতভাবে যাচাই করে।

ব্যাংক নিজের কোটি কোটি টাকার আর্থিক ঝুঁকি নিয়ে কখনো স্পষ্ট অবৈধ সম্পত্তিতে ঋণ মঞ্জুর করে না। পুরো প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক যাচাইকরণকে এক লহমায় বাতিল বলে সাধারণ ক্রেতার ঘাড়েই সব দায় চাপিয়ে দেওয়া বাস্তবতাবিবর্জিত।

৩. RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority)-র ভূমিকাকে অস্বীকার
পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বর্তমানে WBRERA কার্যকর।

কোনো আবাসন প্রকল্প যদি RERA-নিবন্ধিত হয়, তবে তার অনুমোদন, নির্মাণ এলাকা, ডেভলপারের চুক্তি এবং পুরসভার স্যাংশন সবই সরকারি পোর্টালে জনসাধারণের যাচাইয়ের জন্য উন্মুক্ত থাকে।

বিধানসভার একজন জনপ্রতিনিধি যদি রিয়েল এস্টেট ক্রেতাদের পথ দেখাতে চান, তবে তাঁর উচিত মানুষকে সরকারি পোর্টাল বা RERA-এর মতো প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক প্ল্যাটফর্মে যাচাইয়ের আহ্বান জানানো, কোনো রাজনৈতিক নাম উল্লেখ করে সাধারণ মানুষের মধ্যে ভীতি সঞ্চার করা নয়।

৪. রাজনৈতিক সুবিধা বনাম আইনি দায়িত্ব
যদি বিধায়কের কাছে কোনো সুনির্দিষ্ট বেআইনি নির্মাণের অকাট্য তথ্যপ্রমাণ থাকে, তবে তাঁর আইনানুগ দায়িত্ব হলো:

সংশ্লিষ্ট পৌরনিগম ও পুর ও নগরোন্নয়ন দপ্তরে সুনির্দিষ্ট অভিযোগ দায়ের করা।

প্রয়োজনে আদালতের দ্বারস্থ হয়ে জনস্বার্থ মামলা করা।

বিধানসভার ভেতরে তথ্য তুলে ধরে তদন্ত কমিটি দাবি করা।

তা না করে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় বা সাধারণ্যে একটি নির্দিষ্ট অঞ্চলের হাজার হাজার ফ্ল্যাট মালিক ও ভবিষ্যৎ ক্রেতার সম্পত্তির বাজারমূল্যকে প্রশ্নের মুখে ফেলে দেওয়া দায়িত্বজ্ঞানহীন রাজনীতি।

এতে রিয়েল এস্টেট অর্থনীতি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় এবং নিরীহ মধ্যবিত্তদের সম্পত্তি নিয়ে সামাজিক নিরাপত্তাহীনতা তৈরি হয়।

উপসংহার:
নথি যাচাই করে ফ্ল্যাট কেনা প্রতিটি সচেতন নাগরিকের কর্তব্য—এটি কোনো নতুন আবিষ্কার নয়।

কিন্তু নাগরিক সচেতনতার ছদ্মবেশে অতীত প্রশাসনিক সংস্থাকে কালিমালিপ্ত করা, প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ব্যাংকিং যাচাইকে খাটো করা এবং রাজনৈতিক স্বার্থে সাধারণ মানুষের মনে "বুলডোজার আতঙ্ক" বা সম্পত্তি বাজেয়াপ্ত হওয়ার ভয় ঢুকিয়ে দেওয়া সম্পূর্ণ অযৌক্তিক, আইনবিরুদ্ধ ও উদ্দেশ্যপ্রণোদিত।
