Ukraine can continue to count on the Netherlands. I reaffirmed this in my conversation today with Ukrainian defence minister @FedorovMykhailo. With a new support package, the Netherlands is continuing to provide the Ukrainian people with tangible assistance in their fight for a safe, secure and free Ukraine. That is also very important for the rest of Europe. And as Ukraine’s recent successes have shown: this support is working.
'Without him, “the strait of Hormuz would never open and the world would sink into a worldwide depression.” In his own words, he is elevating Iran to a superpower, simply to explain away his mistakes.
The biggest problem with Trump is this rare combination of extreme narcissism and below-average stupidity.
To justify his mistakes, he now claims that Iran has a permanent chokehold on the world economy - that without him, “the strait would never open and the world would sink into a worldwide depression.”
In his own words, he is elevating Iran to a superpower, simply to explain away his mistakes.
This comes at a time when the Iranian economy was already teetering on the verge of collapse before the war, and the blockade on Iran was working while CENTCOM was doing a great job degrading their ability to control the strait.
In effect, while believing he is saving the elections, he is turning himself into a lame duck before even completing two years in office - signaling to the entire world that the U.S. Navy’s 250-year tradition of maintaining freedom of navigation is ending. Iran, and later other countries, could challenge U.S. power whenever there is a weak or tired president.
Trump: "The stock market is more brilliant than anybody there is, including the people on this stage, other than me of course"
(look at Rubio's face while Trump says this)
The US has circulated its version of the Memo of Understanding with Iran to G7 leaders in France. It’s as bad if not worse than expected.
— The moment it’s signed (Friday) sanctions on the export of Iran oil are lifted. So the regime can start replenishing its coffers immediately.
— The US commits to doing nothing to undermine or destabilise the Iranian regime (it started the war to remove it).
— The US specifically commits to ending its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz but Iran does not commit specifically to returning the Strait to toll/fee free transit exactly as before the war, with no Iranian control/regulation whatsoever .
— All sanctions against Iran will be dropped should phase two negotiations go well. And America will withdraw its forces from the region.
— The US ‘undertakes’ to work with Iran and Gulf allies to create a $300 billion reconstruction package for Iran. So America will now become a partner with the tyrants of Tehran, who Trump only recently wanted to overthrow, in rebuilding their economy.
— All matters related to Iran’s nuclear capabilities are kicked into the ‘final agreement’ in 60 days time (or longer if necessary).
— No mention of Iran’s ballistic missile capabilities or its financing of terrorist proxies.
And that’s just about it. When Trump insisted the war would only end with ‘unconditional surrender’ it never crossed my mind he meant his own.
#BetrouwbareBronnen https://t.co/tChOVb7wby
Reporter: Do you think that European leaders coming around to your worldview?
Trump: Well, I think they think I was right. I'm sort of always right. You know, when you get right down to it, I think they think I was right.
I truly hope that the totally unnecessary Iran war, that is not a war, is truly over and peace is achieved.
It’s been incredible that we beat Iran dozens of times and nearly made peace almost 40 times.
It’s only cost upwards of $50 billion, probably more, part of which was spent bombing a children’s school.
And now hundreds of billions more will be spent to build more weapons to replace all the weapons and ammunition we used in the Iran war that is not a war.
Americans should be grateful to have spent so much of their own money on high gas prices and inflation caused by the war that is not a war that we won dozens of times and almost have had a peace deal for the 40th time.
The noble purpose of this war that is not a war was to free the Iranian people, who have not been freed, from a regime that needed changed and still remains in place.
And most importantly of all things is Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon so that is why we will most likely not be removing the enriched uranium from the facilities buried deep underground that we bombed before and Iran rebuilt because they we bombed them again and it’s too hard to reach even though we are the best and the only ones who could do it.
And the world should be thankful that because this peace deal is almost done for the 40th time, the Strait of Hormuz will now be re-opened just as it was before the war that is not a war.
Most importantly, there will be a $300 billion dollar Iran rebuilding fund that certain super duper special people can donate to and most likely be awarded contracts so they can become even richer and more elite than they already are all to make Iran great again after we bombed them in the war that is not a war.
All of this would never be possible without the Peace President, whom established the Board of Peace and appointed himself the head of the board without term limits, right before he waged the Iran war that is not a war.
Now that he is on the verge of securing peace for the 40th time after defeating Iran dozens of times, he must be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize!
And of course special mention must be made for our greatest ally who never wants peace, continues bombing killing children daily, and is furious that there is now almost a peace deal.
Thankfully their fury at Trump’s audacity to almost make peace is being made known to the American people by their highly funded and most loyal foreign agents, I mean supporters, social media personalities, and Fox News hosts.
And even though they now vigorously criticize the President and disagree with him, they are not called traitors because you only get called a traitor if you go against him on the Epstein files because they are all totally ok with rapists and pedophiles.
But alas, our good friend and greatest ally, should not be too upset, as they are soon to be rewarded with a gift far greater than the nuclear material they stole from our country years ago.
Our very own elected leaders in Congress are going to fuse our own military intelligence and tech with theirs and throw in lots of other goodies that the American people will never be able to undo and do not support in the first place.
This will surely enable our greatest ally to be even more lethal than it already is as it kills countless innocent children and innocent people, imprisons them and rapes and tortures its prisoners, all with a free pass because AIPAC donations steadily flow and Genesis says that you will be cursed if you don’t go along with everything they do even though Genesis wasn’t really talking about our greatest ally.
In conclusion, congratulations to all for almost achieving peace to the war that is not a war, spending hundreds of billions of U.S. tax dollars again for another foreign war, special mention goes to the real insiders who have gamed the market with massive profits from inside information and shout out to friends and family landing highly coveted Gov contracts.
This is what winning looks like you losers!
Reporter: Can you speak to the defense relationship between India and the United States?
Trump: I can tell you this: without having a contract. If they were attacked, we would be there to help them. How is that? If anybody attacks that man, we're going to be there. Now, if there's a new leader, I'm not sure about it
Every Italian knows you're in trouble when an Italian mother is waiting for you at the table in that stance.
I got childhood-trauma goosebumps just writing this.

Kirill Petrenko, Chief Conductor of the Berliner Philharmoniker and the winner of Denmark's prestigious Léonie Sonning Music Prize, will donate the entire prize money - DKK 1 million (€134,000) - to organizations supporting Ukraine.
"For me, especially as a Russian-born artist, it's really completely shocking that all these wars are going on, particularly now in Ukraine, where people are still trying to live their lives while protecting and defending their sovereignty and their future.
That's why I made the decision to donate the money to different organizations that are supporting Ukraine, particularly those helping children who lost their families during the war, and also to some organizations that are trying to restore cultural sites in Ukraine destroyed by the war - churches, orphanages, and other cultural facilities.
I think this is what is desperately needed right now," Kirill Petrenko said.
Thank you for standing with Ukraine!

A Moscow resident wonders:
"Does anyone know what's going on in Moscow? Not a single gas station has 100-octane fuel. Rosneft is closed. Is something happening?"
Someone tell her that this is Putin's "SMO" going exactly according to plan.
Results of the strikes on Russia's military and economic potential:
Blows to oil refining and revenues:
▪️ Over 30% of capacity lost: 16 major Russian oil refineries and terminals have already been struck.
▪️ More than 40 technological units have been shut down. Due to international sanctions, the enemy cannot restart them - import substitution is powerless here.
▪️ Production is falling: with nowhere to process the oil and exportation difficult, there’s no point in producing it. Oil production in Russia has fallen to an annual low (to 9.009 million barrels per day, according to OPEC).
Fuel collapse in Russia and the occupied territories:
▪️ Gasoline production in Russia has dropped to a 16-year low.
▪️ Russia has banned the export of its own fuel, but this does not alleviate the shortage.
▪️ In occupied Crimea and the occupied part of Luhansk region, AI-95 gasoline is available only through coupons.
▪️ Gas stations in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Pskov regions have imposed a limit of up to 20 liters per vehicle.
▪️ Due to shortages of jet fuel, aircraft refueling has been restricted at Russia's largest airports.
▪️ The Russian government has officially authorized the production of lower-quality Euro-3 fuel because high-quality gasoline can no longer be produced using damaged equipment.
