At 21:05 (UTC+8) on July 26, 2026, PGA on the BSC network was targeted by a hacker attack.

To protect user assets, the technical team immediately activated emergency response procedures and is conducting a comprehensive investigation and security upgrade.

Please note:

• Immediately suspend all PGA trading and cross-chain operations on the BSC network.
• The original BSC PGA contract has been discontinued. The deployment schedule for the new contract will be announced separately.
• If your transaction or cross-chain request was completed or submitted before the incident, there is no need to worry. The Foundation will review and process all affected transactions individually to safeguard users' legitimate interests.
• Please rely only on official announcements for updates and avoid misinformation from unofficial sources.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The Foundation is working diligently to resolve the incident and will provide further updates and the follow-up plan as soon as possible.

🚨 FINAL NOTICE 🚨

For users who previously minted BTCD on the ECO Chain and have already completed repayment:

The deadline for releasing FIST collateral and migrating assets to the PGP Chain is approaching.

⏰ Deadline: June 12, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8)

All eligible users must complete the following before the deadline:

✅ Release their FIST collateral on the ECO Chain
✅ Transfer their assets to the PGP Chain via the official cross-chain bridge
✅ Carefully check whether they still hold any related assets on the ECO Chain, including BTCD, PGA, and other assets, and migrate them to the PGP Chain as well
⚠️ This is the final notice before permanent closure.
After the deadline:

❌ The FIST collateral release channel will be permanently closed
❌ The asset migration channel will be permanently closed
❌ Any unprocessed assets will be deemed voluntarily forfeited by the user
❌ No further applications, appeals, or asset recovery requests will be accepted

Users who have not yet completed the process are strongly advised to act immediately.
