@AdamsAnisha3 @GodsgreatG Yeah I know, but lagos is more expensive. A distance that cost u 2500 naira here is PH will cost u like 3500 to 4000 in lagos. Meanwhile the fuel price and motor parts are cheaper in lagos than PH and their road conditions are beta too.

@GodsgreatG As a @PH_Bolt_Guy i will always advise, once the driver calls nd requested for extra charge, the ride should simply cancel nd report the driver immediately nd inform bolt that u cancelled bcus the driver request extra charge. Don't be in a hurry nd just cancel without reporting.

I do advise my passengers to no just cancel bad drivers but also report them on the app. And I do advise that they up their booking option sometimes, instead economy, go for Bolt or Comfort it helps

@delish_farms @GodsgreatG You don't have to negotiate, u simply cancel, report and rebook.
I do suggest the u up ur booking option to Bolt or Comfort..it does help.

@Flexzino3 @GodsgreatG Its a Nigerian thing to generalise things, even when one of their family member could a victim of their generalisation. They encount nice drivers most of the times but just 1 bad driver out of the 7 drivers and they condemn the other good 6 drivers with their generalisation.

@AdamsAnisha3 @GodsgreatG I will advise you consider ur booking options whenever u are booking, especially during the hot sunny days.
Economy Ride: Old cars(no AC)
BOLT Ride: beta cars(AC available depending on driver)
COMFORT Ride: Clean cars(AC compulsory, non-negotiable).
The Comfort Ride is the best

@Cheeahmahkar @AdetunjiOdusote @GodsgreatG I don't ask for extra charges and I'm very good with most of my riders, only a very few negative encounters on some bad days. So, I adopted a better way to follow them. The moment u come and I greet and observe ur countenance, I adjust accordingly.

the guy quietly entered his Benz and told the lady to pls go back home that he will call her tomorrow and he drove off, leaving the lady there all by herself.  At that point, I had pity on her ooh but I leave her there comot..(end)

So, this lady booked a ride from Piano lounge by waterline flyover going to somewhere around Ordinance road. On starting and confirming the drop-off address, I knew it was a wrong address.....(1)

he could confirm her trip but she insisted not to pay me, the driver cancelled the ride and drove off. At that point, she had to call the friend to come help her out. When the friend arrived in a Benz, she started hitting and abusing me that the friend should not pay me..(7)

but then, the guy(friend) approached me and I explained everything to him, he asked me how much the ride was, I showed him the price on the app, he paid me with extra tips on it..then the funny thing happened..(8)
