After more thorough investigation we believe the Phame protocol does NOT possess the same risk of the GMX exploit

Reasoning : 1) Phame has different LP trading / transfer mechanisms 2) Phame has different capacity settings 3) Phame has a potential code fix already in place

## PHAME V2 Announcement

We are transitioning to v2 of https://t.co/3iuQ2YZx7L. The V2 PHAME protocol, audited by Certik, is live on the Pulsechain Mainnet and has been tested by our core team. A public beta will run for another week or two for user testing.

V1 will continue to operate indefinitely and you can use it as normal. We will provide ample notice before making any changes. PHAME tokens are unaffected by this transition, and you will receive staking revenue from both V1 and V2 without needing to take any action.

A new PHLP form, “PHLPV2,” will be introduced, differing in risk profile and trading characteristics from “PHLP” V1.

### Objectives of V2:

1. Increase trading capacity and overall fees.
2. Fix errors from GMX V1.
3. Diversify income streams by adding more coins.
4. Protect the protocol against malicious actors.

### Technical Changes:

1. User-specific profiles and limits to reward honorable behavior and restrict dishonorable behavior.
2. Separate borrow rates and fees for different tokens to better balance interests.
3. Fixed a GMX protocol accounting bug.
4. Dynamic minimum profit-taking time based on position size.
5. Adding SOL or other tokens to boost trading volume and fees.
6. Improved UI for a smoother experience.
