@SleeperOrlando Pretty simple. Talented scorer but his fit with the rest of the bench without JI is bad. JI really complements Moe to make the flaws in their games when together look passable. Without JI to assist him and with rust coming off an injury, his issues have been more obvious.

I'm consistently surprised that this front office is so good at finding limited role cheap impact role players. Why don't they fill the bottom of the roster with those guys? It's always a last minute thing. Imagine if we had 2 more Cains and Carters

@nightnday87 @StanleySwanson0 And he basically had the green light to outside of letting Paolo attempt to score to get up more shots the last two games since Franz, Suggs and AB (other volume scorers) were out. And both times, he’s taken his healthy share but it’s been TDS and Jevon that have more workload.

@nightnday87 @StanleySwanson0 He’s been given the green light to take 10 3s and has had so since the start of the season. Suggs has taken more 3s regularly and he often has less 3s attempted than TDS and Jevon. (Who are lesser shooters but are more confident taking those shots.)

@StanleySwanson0 Like dead serious, even with a coach like Jenkins, what is going to change when in games without Suggs, Franz and AB, Bane is still too timid about taking shots when outside of Paolo, the only competition for the ball and shots he has is TDS and Jevon Carter?

@StanleySwanson0 Dude, Paolo took double Bane’s 3PT attempts yesterday. On Monday, Paolo almost took double 3PT attempts as well. At some point, if you are like that as a shooter, you have to take contested 3s.

Only area he struggled was attacking closeouts, too many 1-2 dribble contested midrange Js. Otherwise very efficient.

You also pay a guy like Suggs because you drafted him and he’s an asset and a good one at that.

Where this team fails is overpaying injured or one dimensional role players and not assembling a proper bench.

@TheGhostOfGeert It’s cause he’s the quickest reader of the court on the team. It will come with its mistakes like every other ball handler has but he sees the tight windows that everyone else is apprehensive to throw passes into. Like the pass to Wendell for the win against Dallas.
