When I decided to do something about my T2 diabetes in 2019 my first thoughts were "my blood glucose is elevated so where's that coming from?" Didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out is was coming via my mouth. So I quit putting it in my mouth. Quickly learned that glucose is carbs. Period end of story.
