@Ruesavatar I don't have exact measurements but my favorite way is to make a béchamel sauce then add a ton of cheese (Velveeta or another ultra processed cheese for the 'yellow' flavor) I like a mix of cheddar and marble, then add the sauce to your cooked noodles (elbow or spiral)
