Like laughter dance is good for the soul. At Nigerian function’s it’s common that you will dance, dance and dance some more. The more you dance, the more you will be “sprayed” with money by your relatives and onlookers.

When I think of a calm place it’s usually surrounded by or near water. As I sit down, I’m able to meditate on the word and be still. It’s in these quiet moments I’m able to clearly focus on the word.
