2nd Grade classes at Cloverdale ES have a “Leaderboard” to celebrate students who are demonstrating leadership or the 7 Habits. When “caught,” students write their name on the grid. Teachers draw a number and the student whose name is in the winning box earns a celebration!

During my coaching day at St. Pius Indy today, I got to witness the essence of the paradigm, Everyone Can be a Leader, when the student body recognized their beloved custodian, Mr. Leo, as one of the Staff Leaders of the Month. Here the kids are chanting “LEO, LEO!” Heart full.
