@legallybrnttx Last week I ate fewer than 600cals daily and the breakfast I had was either a rice cake with avocado spread, cream cheese, two chicken slices and two cucumber slices with a banana (~243c) or a fruit salad (~128c). Sometimes both together. I also had multivitamin juice with both.
