@WestJet - first time flying with you and we are delayed 3.5 hours. Meal vouchers are great, but the system is down at O’Hare and they can’t be used.
Can’t get a Airbnb refund or pick up our rental car due to the delay.
Any quicker way to get through to customer service?
@SouthwestAir - this morning’s flight started with the person next to me spilling their drink in my lap. Then someone else dumped their coffee all over my carry on. After the layover, there was a plane issue and we got sent back to base 😂

@SouthwestAir - MKE to STL cancelled with no email or text notification. Zero flights for the next 48 hours. Can’t even get a hold of a live rep despite having A-list.
We’re now paying to rent a car and drive home. Couldn’t even use our points to book it. Any assistance?
