@EvertonNewsFeed I worry that this will solidify his starting position in the lineup and based on his play last year he should be starting in the bench and fighting to get back into the lineup.

@MikeBlueBoyz @RyanSoccerAA I’m assuming he will be on a pretty low wage as a 19 year old. I’m assuming this gives him the flexibility to ask the team to renegotiate after 2 years or sell him to someone else. If he signed a 6 year deal, he would have much less leverage.
