For many years, there were allegations that ICE would “release” critically ill people so their deaths wouldn’t be recorded as in ICE custody. To fix this, in 2021 the Biden admin required ICE to report deaths occurring up to 30 days after release.
Now that rule has been dropped.
It's happening 🚨
House GOP representatives are about to introduce a bill that would completely eliminate subsidized student loans.
They are trying to make it impossible to go to college unless you can afford to pay for it upfront.
The Trump administration is proposing a new rule that would subject Americans' retirement accounts to substantial risk, all of which would be borne by the individual.
We must never let private equity and crypto scammers gamble with Americans’ retirement savings!
This bird almost vanished once.
Market hunters nearly wiped it out by the early 1900s.
Then federal protections brought it back.
The wood duck — one of the most breathtaking birds in North America — recovered because the wetlands that shelter it were protected by law.
Cattail marshes. Forested swamps. Small seasonal pools tucked into the woods where they nest, feed, and raise their young.
Now those same wetlands are losing federal protection — quietly, through a rule change most Americans have never heard of.
It's called WOTUS. Waters of the United States.
The administration has proposed redefining which waters qualify for protection under the Clean Water Act.
Up to 80% of American wetlands — 73.5 million acres — would no longer qualify.
No federal permit required to drain them. Fill them. Build on them.
The wood duck doesn’t get a vote. Neither do the 700+ other species that depend on these waters.
Millions of Americans depend on them too — for clean drinking water, flood protection, and healthy local ecosystems.
If the Clean Water Act no longer protects most of America's wetlands — what exactly is it protecting? 🦆

🚨 Jason Galanis stole $60 million from Indigenous tribes, among other crimes.
Trump commuted his sentence allowing him to keep $80 million of stolen funds.
🚨Remember Schedule F where Trump could fire career civil servants at will?
Well, it’s back. He just removed civil servant protections from 8000 federal employees so he can fire them if they don’t do his bidding. I explain in more detail on my Substack “Uncompromised”

This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

The Freedom250 concert now appears to be turning into a Trump rally, featuring Lee Greenwood, an opera singer serenading him with his favorite songs, and a speech from Trump himself: "We don't want singers with no talent, we've told them all to stay home."
In March 2025, Trump's USDA cancelled $300 million in land-access grants for American farmers — many of them farmers of color — and justified it with a list of "wasteful" purchases: a barbecue smoker, a gazebo, massages, and a $20,000 budget for ink pens.
The 49 terminated grantees say those line items never existed.
Meanwhile, Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins cancelled roughly $1 billion more in local-food money the same month, leaving Pennsylvania farmer Dan Hunter and the food banks he supplied with crops already in the ground. Here's who actually paid for it — and why the USDA's own appeals office may have given the game away.

When the leader of a foreign country can write a letter to a U.S. Congressman telling him to put in our laws to more closely fuse our militaries AND THEY PASS IT, our country is in the hands of puppets and despots!!
Pete Hegseth just removed 7 Navy officers from the service's one-star promotion list. One was reportedly singled out after her name appeared on a website identifying "woke" service members, for serving as a "diversity liaison" two decades earlier. That's not merit. It's a purge.
Popok: I am troubled by how many people are willing to endanger their law licenses in the service of Tump. Is it the proximity to power?
Luttig: It’s proximity to Trump. Those lawyers watch Trump every single day calling the judges and the federal courts corrupt.
If the president is calling the judges corrupt and you represent the president, then that’s your mindset, and that’s what’s going on.
🚨 TERRIFYING: The Trump administration openly admits to a massive government purge. Top officials confirm a new executive order designed to systematically fire any federal workers who resist their extreme agenda.
Washington is actively destroying all institutional oversight!
We're seeing a revolving door between ICE and the private prison industry. The new head of ICE is a former VP at GeoGroup, the company that runs over a dozen detention centers, including Delaney Hall. This is corruption using taxpayer dollars, and we need to stop it.
🔔FYI: Another Trump pardoned insurrectionist in trouble with the law again and currently in prison again.🙄
-Jake Lang, who beat Capitol police officers with a baseball bat on January 6, spent four years in federal prison on an 11-count indictment, got pardoned by Trump on day one, and was recently running for U.S. Senate in Florida, was arrested Tuesday night in Frisco, Texas on a criminal trespass warrant.
-He hopped a fence into a high school stadium to film what he claimed was dried blood from a stabbing, then posted it online for clout.
-Since his pardon he has also been charged with felony property damage in Minnesota for destroying an ice sculpture, charged with threatening a Capitol police officer, showed up outside a mosque in Plano holding a severed pig’s head, threw chocolate coins outside AIPAC while doing a Nazi salute, and dragged a goat on a leash to a protest against a Muslim mayoral candidate.
-Trump pardoned this bastard. He is currently in the Collin County jail complaining about his mattress.
-The pardon was 136 days ago.
I met with Pam Bondi and Todd Blanche after the Bondi hearing. It was and still is abundantly clear that Blanche is still acting as Trump’s personal attorney.
Someone who covers up for predators should not head the Department of Justice.
Trump promised not to “touch” Medicaid.
Now he is cutting it by $1 trillion and taking health care away from patients with cancer, AIDS and other life-threatening diseases to pay for tax breaks to the top 1% and his wealthy campaign contributors.
Unimaginable cruelty.
Trump’s picks share one thing, and it isn’t qualifications.
Bill Pulte, tapped to run national intelligence, has never worked a day in intelligence. Todd Blanche, nominated for Attorney General, was literally Trump’s personal criminal defense attorney. What they have in common is a proven willingness to use government power to punish Trump’s enemies and reward his friends.
This is how authoritarians operate.
There are approximately 50 left on Earth.
The Rice's whale.
Somewhere in the deep blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, roughly 60 miles off the coast of Pensacola, Florida, lives a whale you've probably never heard of.
Dark charcoal gray on top, pale underneath, up to 42 feet long. It communicates in low, soft frequencies. It was only recognized as its own distinct species in 2021 — it existed before that. We just didn't know what it was.
Every single one lives in the Gulf of Mexico. This is the only place they exist. Nowhere else on the planet.
The 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill killed an estimated 17% of the entire Rice's whale population.
They nearly didn't survive that.
Now this.
There is a government committee officially called the Endangered Species Committee — nicknamed the "God Squad" because of its power to determine the fate of species.
In its entire existence, it has only voted four times. Hegseth convened it on March 31, 2026 — for the first time in over 30 years —
and invoked national security to strip Endangered Species Act protections from vulnerable wildlife in the Gulf of Mexico.
They just did. For oil.
Hegseth requested the exemption claiming environmental lawsuits protecting
these species were a threat to national security.
Earthjustice was direct — there are no oil and gas projects in the Gulf currently being
held up by the Endangered Species Act. Not one.
The exemption also strips protections
from five sea turtle species, Florida manatees, and migratory shorebirds.
Did you know a committee exists in our government with the legal power to strip a species of its last protections? They just used it. What do you think should happen next?

Trump & @SecRollins kicked at least 700 thousand CHILDREN off nutrition assistance—and that’s only counting 7 states.
Today, she refused to tell me whether she stands by her comment that kicking people off food assistance is “good news.”
These people are so cruel.
