My daughter had her MOT @Halfords_uk in Cannock. They told her it failed with items amounting to £1k and asked to proceed. She called me,it failed on a £29 lightbulb, the rest advisories They promised a refund of MOT four week ago. Nothing. Still ripping off women on their own !

@Halfords_uk Why are you allowing Halfords Cannock to rip off young women with false details on MOTs. My daughter was victim of this and you promised to investigate and refund her MOT which you have not done. Customers don’t go here if you are a woman on your own
