@gmguy7 @KevinPurcell_ No shopping centres need 3 floors of retail they should use the top floor for leisure and increase the space up. Why not add in a large cinema venue, bars, hotel ect.

@Skyscrps4Dublin Genuinely don't get how they can't keep the facade and revamp the inside to make it more retail friendly with bigger floor plates. Increase the height also.
