Using Claude Code and dictation on macOS and using shift+return to move to the next line accidentally sends the message, which is illogical since shift+return is simply a hard break while not using dictation.

A simple feature that would save a lot of frustration: the ability to change an @Apple workout type after it’s been accidentally started as the wrong one, whether manually or via Siri.

There’s no retroactive fix, it skews data, stats, and integrations.

It’s simply poor UX.
