This is a Lore Outfit :3 ( In canon (( outside fpsmp)) on the FofocaSMP, Chris has taken on more of a fatherly role for Phil, due to the fact that the only parent in the fofoca smp is Error, so Chris has taken on this responsibly. The jacket is a "hand-me-down" from Chris )
