@BinanceHelpDesk @cz_binance Indeed. But it s been more than 2 weeks that I am hearing this same message. The delay is not acceptable and I don't feel the CS is doing the minimum essential. Please be assured that I won't use the Binance platform in this case. Very frustrated but wish you the best anyway.

@cz_binance . Could you do something about your customer support ? My ticket opened more than 2 weeks ago. It should have taken 1 hour then 3 hours then 5 days but I still did not get any answer for my history balance issue! [1]

@BinanceHelpDesk @cz_binance The case ID changes every time I contact the support because they mark it as resolved. The last one I got is 96040090. The problem is basically that I downloaded my general statements but the final balance I get does not match my actual current balance.

Customer Support is very ineffective and 12-24-hour queue for the technical team. Taxes are due for very soon. The exchange is just awesome but I really never had a so bad experience with a customer support from other exchanges ! [2]

@CryptoMatrix2 Après l'avantage c'est que c'est moins dur à gérer lorsque la baisse se produit. Le tout est de trouver le bon équilibre entre prise de profit exagérée et pas de prises de profit du tout, ce que je suis sur tu as su faire avec brio ! :). Juste pour clarifier :)

@CryptoMatrix2 Après un ATH sur un wallet ou des profits continus sont pris possède mécaniquement un ATH plus bas qu'un wallet ou aucun profit n'a été pris sur le bullrun... c'est un peu le principe inverse des intérêts composés.
