@OfferZen Ohhh @OfferZen so loaded! I believe companies should support devs #mentalhealth by asking what that individual or team needs & not by trying to make it a 1 size fits all. Some devs need counselling, some need a yoga sesh, some need more hands! Some just need more pay. 👂2 them

Marrying a stutterer changed my life.

Our first date was difficult. I'd forgotten he'd written the word "stutterer" somewhere in his Bumble profile.

We met at the base of a local hike — just as storm clouds were rolling in.

It took at least a minute for him to say "Hello."
