@HelloSolaborate Same issue, you go to https://t.co/OOeqjW8Fa4 when you click on 'Help Center' at the bottom, and when you click on the logo on the right bottom (it looks like the hello messenger logo), then the chat does not open. I'm visiting the website in Chrome
