@afneil @British_Airways Totally agree. It's been a few years since we flew BA, so we've just given the "World's Favourite Airline" another go for our recent trip to S Africa. The round trip totalled almost 80 hours, involving a cancelled outbound flight from Heathrow (technical difficulties)...........
