@Centrelink it’s pretty annoying that the only way I can contact Centrelink is through a public forum such as Twitter. Your phone service told me to ring back because it’s so busy so here I am. I have an appointment with Centrelink this Thur which I can’t make because of surgery

@auspost absolute disgrace that you would reduce Melbourne’s capacity when so many more people are posting. I have 2 items missing , have lodged missing cases and no one will talk to me. Terrible service. COVID is not an excuse to cut staff, find a way to get things moving
