Nobody hires a therapist because they're efficient at processing emotions.

Nobody picks a barber because they cut hair optimally.
Nobody chooses a priest because their sermons are well-structured.

They choose that person.

The moment your value is "I do this task" — you're competing with AI.

The moment your value is "I am this person" — you're irreplaceable.

Here's the list nobody wants to hear:

→ Plumber fixing your burst pipe at 2am — safe
→ Surgeon with 10,000 hours of muscle memory — safe
→ The nurse who holds your hand before surgery — safe
→ Your kid's favorite teacher — safe
→ The standup comedian who bombs on stage and recovers — safe

Now here's what's NOT safe even though people think it is:
→ "Creative" work that follows a brief — GONE
→ "Strategic" work that's really just summarizing data — GONE
��� "Relationship" work where the relationship is actually just friction — already dying

The pattern:
If your job requires physical presence, you're safe.
If your job requires YOUR identity, you're safe.

If your job requires a brain that could be anyone's brain — that's the job AI was built to replace.

The safest career move in 2026 isn't picking the right job.
It's becoming someone people choose by name.
