My feeling is they had little to do with directing the grants as they weren’t dealing them out themselves. They simply helped point people to MEDC resources.

The biggest difference you’ll see is the lack of a “Strategic Plan” with key measures for success. Instead you have their sub-orgs Catalyst, Consult Connect, First & 42, & Minternship

I’m interest where those expenses go, and what the “services revenue” entails
