@PHLY_Phillies Is he much better at defense though? Would he play 3B maybe or who is the odd man out to go to 3B? Why move Stott from 2B when he plays great defense there unless Stott goes to SS. But Neto has 15 errors already so not much different in that front
@AfternoonsWIP Overall think it should be Brown, will change game to game pending situation and match-up of course but Brown would be my first pick most the team
@DR3Wheels the biggest thing here to me is the fact all got back was cash. Not saying you get a great prospect but feel like could have gotten someone back in return to just take a chance on
@Raiderfrank65 Why? Because of what our 5th starter has looked like this season so if they feel comfortable he’s ready to come back up hopefully he is and does well is all I’m saying. I want the guy to throw well can’t keep doing bullpen games and having them enter in the 4th
Trade news: The Minnesota Twins are acquiring left-handed reliever A.J. Minter from the New York Mets, sources tell ESPN.
The Mets’ selling starts with one of the top relievers on the market. There will be many more Mets deals to come before Aug. 3.
@schwarbombz not only is it not even a great addition but even just adding a left handed hitter makes no sense. If we want another lefty get me Luis Arráez (I know unlikely) but that is a left handed hitter I would take
@cashisking011@JonHeyman I dont disagree they could be over soon but he played there last year. I think he can finish the season out in the left field maybe I am wrong but if he is willing to think he is worth it and at least the discussion
@WTPDavid@JonHeyman He played outfield his whole career and just last year. I think he can play half the season out there. And maybe he can not but if he can he should be an option
