@KYWNewsradio I think people will live to regret this one. Go from a fixed monthly to the will of the landlord raise rents. Not for me. Just heard from a buddy his rent was raised, had until July 1st to inform mgmnt. Otherwise he would get renewed. That’s a lot of power in their hand.
