@CatapultStory @eb_bartels Interesting. There was a great piece in the Observer a few weeks ago about how writing fiction I general has the same effect. I also just set up a 'creative writing and reading aloud for writers with Anxiety, Panic Disorder or shyness' in my town. We're all at it!

@ace_national Ooh I know the answer. But... if artists aren't offered fair pay (if at all) then the financial worries contribute to bad wellbeing, & in my case over time a spike in my mental illness.. & the doc ironically saying 'go to an art class!' Art has to look after the artists too!
