Well, any headteacher still keeping students in school should have themselves to blame in case of any damage to property. The students everywhere will want to prove they're tough too and create havoc. When the govt doesn't release capitation money and MoE fails to offer leadership, making school heads behave like some gods, this is the result.
Clearly, we deserve a better CS for education.
