Le 28 août 2025, mon père devait être inhumé à Orléans. Aujourd’hui, le 28 septembre, cela fait un mois jour pour jour que cette inhumation n’a pas eu lieu.

Pourquoi ?

Parce que vous avez décidé de retirer l’autorisation d’inhumer, privant ainsi une famille entière du droit de faire son deuil, d’accompagner un être aimé à sa dernière demeure.

Votre décision est injustifiable.
Elle choque, elle blesse, elle humilie.
Elle est aussi un abus de pouvoir manifeste, car rien ne peut expliquer ni excuser qu’un défunt reste sans sépulture pendant un mois.
Pas en France.
Pas en 2025.
Pas dans une République qui se veut humaine et respectueuse de la dignité.

📌 1. Une décision à contre-courant de l’humanité

Retirer une autorisation d’inhumation, ce n’est pas un simple acte administratif.
C’est un geste inhumain, une manière brutale de refuser à une famille le droit élémentaire d’enterrer un proche.

C’est transformer un moment intime de douleur en une affaire politique ce qui, dans toute démocratie digne de ce nom, est une dérive grave.

Refuser une tombe, c’est refuser la paix.
C’est suspendre le deuil.
C’est maintenir une famille dans la souffrance.
Et cela, Monsieur le Maire, votre choix ?

📌 2. Une posture indigne d’un élu de la République

Vous avez agi non pas en homme d’État, mais en homme de pouvoir.
Un pouvoir froid, coupé du réel, aveugle à la douleur des autres, influencé par le mal.
Votre fonction vous oblige à l’exemplarité, à la mesure, à l’humanité.
Vous avez failli.

Et que dire de vos démarches ?

Après avoir vous-même empêché l’inhumation en France, vous avez saisi le ministère de l'intérieur pour qu'il renvoi le corps de mon père « d’où il est venu : à Niamey »

Que signifie cette demande, Monsieur le Maire ?
Est-ce cela, votre conception de la République ?
Une République qui trie ses morts ?

Ce n’est pas seulement une démarche administrative.
C’est une humiliation.
C’est une violence faite à un mort, et à sa famille.
C’est une décision qui stigmatise et exclut.
C’est une démarche indigne d’un élu.

Mon père n’était pas un homme sans nom, ni sans racines. C’était un homme de paix, quoi que disent ceux qui ont été entraînés dans cet engrenage, ceux-là mêmes qui vous ont poussés à faire l’impensable.

Sa famille vit ici, son épouse, ses enfants, ses petits-enfants, ses amis...
C’est ici qu’il doit être inhumé, auprès des siens.

On n’expédie pas les morts.
On ne renvoie pas un cercueil comme on rejette un colis. Refuser à un défunt le droit de reposer près des siens, c’est refuser à une famille le droit de faire son deuil.

Êtes-vous à l’aise avec cette décision ?
Êtes-vous fier de maintenir une famille dans une attente aussi cruelle ?
Dormez-vous paisiblement en sachant qu’un défunt est encore sans sépulture à cause d’une décision que vous avez validée ?

📌 3. Une responsabilité politique, morale et historique

Ce que vous avez fait est une faute.
Une faute contre la mémoire d’un homme.
Une faute contre l'humanité
Une faute contre les principes mêmes de la République.

L’histoire retiendra votre nom associé à cette injustice.
Elle restera comme une tache sur votre mandat.
Vous aurez été l’élu qui a refusé une tombe.

Mais il est encore temps.

📌 4. Un sursaut d’humanité est encore possible

Monsieur le Maire, il ne s’agit plus d’une simple autorisation.
Il s’agit de restaurer la dignité.
De faire preuve de courage.
De reconnaître qu’une erreur a été commise.
Et de réparer ce qui peut encore l’être.

Mon père mérite le repos.
Sa famille mérite la paix.
Et vous, Monsieur le Maire, avez encore une chance de vous montrer digne de la fonction que vous occupez.
