@McHardySimon Same here, 90 mins of complete stress. The process of adding another ticket to my order even with a separate access code just failed miserably despite several attempts. Me and my son ended up buying our tickets separately (same price band) and using the ‘Sit With’ option.

@WhyteleafeEagle I complained in writing to the Southern Rail Area Manager about the issue and the potential safety of people trying to get into the station after a game. He couldn’t be bothered, just said they keep the gates shut to limit crowds on the platform.
