Are we really expected to suffer like this because of poor planning and lack of resources? Our food has spoiled and we are incurring losses.

@BPCBw We’ve had no power since Friday around 16:21. Fault was reported Saturday morning (ref provided), but no response or follow-up.
On Sunday, I had to go to BPC in person and trace a standby technician, who confirmed they were not aware we are connected to the other line…..
(33kV instead of 11kV). Still, nothing has been fixed.
Today we were promised resolution, but again nothing. We’re now being told there is no working truck one is in service, and the one sourced somewhere that came is overheating and they cant continue…
