If hate war. If you hate imperialism and neocolonialism. If you support all oppressed nations of the world to gain freedom from their oppressors. If you hate the terrorist Israeli and American regimes that have just murdered 165 school girls in Iran. If you hate the Israeli regime for its genocide in Gaza that has killed over 70,000 people. If you hate the imperialist that funds terror and wars in Congo where over 6 million people have died since 1998 so that that the imperialist can steal its vast wealth. If you hate the terror and political instability funded by the French imperialist in the francophone so that it can continue to steal its wealth. If you hate the imperialist sponsored terror in Sudan that has seen millions displaced and dead so that they can continue to easily plunder its wealth. If you hate the terrorist dutch and British apartheid murderers who killed thousands of black people, stole their land and still oppresses them today. And indeed if you don’t forget history and make no excuses for the imperialist and oppressor-

Have you ever asked yourself this question?
"Why are the things on my CV on my CV"
Most of us got the first CV template from our siblings or friends and we have been running with the same CV ever since.
Not knowing why you have the things on your CV on your CV.
My first CV was like that as well.
I took the template from my brother and started using it. When I look back, I wonder why I had such stuff on my CV.
Anyway, let me cut to the chase. I will tell you 6 things you may want to remove or add to your CV.
For a full explanation of each point, please watch the video in the comments section.
1. Date of Birth/Age, Religion, Picture, Home Village etc
I like to call these "discriminating factors". The thing is, we can not run away from personal biases when people are reviewing your CV.
Someone can deem you too old or too young for a job. This has nothing to do with whether you can do the job or not.
Just that the person thinks of you that way and they can not continue with you to interviews.
The same applies to pictures and religion.
2. Subject Names
Unless your course names are requested by the recruiters but most HR personnel that review CVs spend less time looking at the list of courses you studied in university.
They are more interested in the actual certification that you acquired and the skills that you gained while learning those courses.
3. Hobbies
Unless your hobbies will add some competitive advantage to the job you are applying for, then you can add them. For example, it could be things like blogging about recent topics in your field etc.
But if your hobbies are basic; reading, playing football, cooking and watching current affairs, then I will advise you to take them off.
4. Appearing Perfect
Yes, I understand that in our CVs all we are trying to do is impress our employers. I have noted that sometimes we overdo it and it no longer seems real.
Watch the video in the comments section from 6:00 where I show how I also leave room on my skills section.
I don't always show that I am perfect in everything.
5. Unrelated Jobs
If you have jobs that you did over 15 years ago and they are not in your current field, you may want to take them off.
Leave them there if they will add some competitive advantage only.
6. Referees
Unless requested, you do not need to put your referees on your CVs.
I have noted that we have become so used to having the referees on our CVs that it always seems normal.
I hope you find these tips helpful.
