As part of ongoing ART Impact Survey (AIS) activities in Lagos State, a training session was conducted for laboratorians to support the third batch of viral load testing using the m-PIMA machine.
Participants also engaged in hands-on practical sessions to strengthen their proficiency in the use of the m-PIMA Analyzer.
Following the presentations, the team proceeded to the laboratory to begin validation of test kits and conducting viral load testing.

The Lagos ART Impact Survey (AIS) Situation Room recently hosted a visit by the CDC Country Director, Dr. Meghna Desai, & key partners to assess progress & reaffirm commitment to evidence-driven HIV programming in Lagos State.
Dr. Ibrahim Dalhatu, the Deputy Director for Epidemiology and Strategic Studies, U.S. CDC Nigeria, commended the strong collaboration and technical support provided by PHIS3, alongside the leadership of CDC and the Lagos State Government.
