@ExInspectorBDS@sc_survey Personally, this is my approach. Can I take on a job/tasking that will remove/ease some pressure from my regular (response) colleagues whilst on shift. I see my myself as the TA to the teacher. I am in a support role. Yes, I prefer the more dynamic stuff, but I’m a SC not a PC.

@Arnoldbfa I don’t know what video you are referring to, but the initial officer safety training package & annual refresher courses are IMO not sufficient enough in duration or intensity (i.e pressure testing). It requires additional regular training in modern combat sports or RBSD.
