Here's a list of "high-risk places and activities" that are NOT allowed to open in Ontario's stage 3. It includes: amusement parks, buffet restaurants, table games at casinos, overnight camps for kids and "prolonged or deliberate contact while playing sports." #COVID19Ontario
Notable caveat to Ontario's stage 3 limit of 50 people indoors at once. "This applies to the entire facility, regardless of the number of theatres or performance stages within the facility." If I understand correctly, 20-screen multiplex gets same limit as 1-screen cinema.
More details of Ontario stage 3 rules in restaurants, bars: "Establishments must take appropriate measures to ensure physical distancing of at least 2 metres between patrons from different tables, unless separated by plexiglass or some other impermeable barrier."
#COVID19Ontario
#COVID19 continues to wreak havoc in the LatAm/Caribbean region. #Ecuador, #Brazil, and #Peru are all experiencing massive spikes in COVID Deaths/1M.
Slow govt action has significantly hindered these countries' response to #Coronavirus.
@VIA_Rail Yes,I intend to.The Sr in 14S asked to move it was so https://t.co/fuqQSqaHZD on top of the track delay,we all had to endure that behaviour.The loud drunk female "Ashley" is now finally passed out as we approach our final destination.
@VIA_Rail - Train 669, Car 1, Seats 15 A&B:Inebriated,VERY loud couple whole trip.Warned by attendants multiple times.By-Laws 6&8... just saying,wondering why they remained onboard.
Why paying for PRIME SEATS not worth it in day? Less ppl so ppl sit in those seats anyway & no one checks, even if you ask management to... @CineplexMovies#VarsityTheatre#Toronto
"P.S. You're lucky my mum's not active on Twitter." @RealKiefer Indeed! Historically speaking:Your 'Mum was true 'Badass'😎 LOVE IT! #StrongerTogether https://t.co/0L3gRVNF6N
“We can disagree and still love each other. Unless your disagreement is rooted in my oppression.” My column on the AMAZING response to that debate in today’s @guardian

Those tweeting about Socialism vs Capitalism,or are happy or pissed off that USA is interested in regime change(whatever their agenda may be),you're missing the point!This is NOT about POLITICAL leanings/IDEOLOGY. It's about the #Venezuelan People,their reality & LIVED experience
Still fuming over the NDP's deeply naive response to events in Venezuela this past week. Grateful that @LP_LaPresse has the diaspora's views covered

This is to @theJagmeetSingh cont'd: I would really review & consider whether @JessaMcLeanNDP or @nikiashton run as #NDPCandidates. In their arrogance,they've YET to pull down their tweets,apologize for ignorance to top it all off, she #blocks another NDP supporter #Elections2019
This is to @theJagmeetSingh : I would really review & consider whether @JessaMcLeanNDP should remain an #NDPCandidate: Nobody appreciates #arrogance especially during an election year. Being #ready4change requires open minded Candidates who listen to truths of the People
As an #NDPSupporter,embarrassed by @JessaMcLeanNDP & @nikiashton comments,I expect an #openmind from #NDPCandidates to learn about the #Venezuelan crisis & apologize to the ignorance.Instead: you block me. WOW. If you can make blatant comments,have the decency to be accountable
It is not about socialism, capitalism, or generalized political theories, nor is it about supporting one Leader over another. It is about misuse of power, injustice & truth; the People's truth, their lived truth & their lived reality, whatever country it may be.
Venezuela’s constitution is clear in that @jguaido actions are constitutional and part of his duty as president of the National Assembly. Making this a partisan issue is irresponsible and dangerous.
