@TomD80106675@tomroussey7news The real attraction is DC to New York. The right of way is very straight and no grade crossings. When the new Baltimore tunnel is complete it will be another 15 minutes shorter - roughly 2 1/2 to 2 hours 45 minutes. New York to Boston is a 19th century railroad thus too long.
@PaddyMacMke Never mind what ID I need to get on the plane. It's when I am coming back and my flight is cancelled and they can't me on another flight for 3 days! I will take Amtrak if it is 4 hours or less, otherwise driving.
