Tonight, the PXU Governing Board recognized Wendy Soto Enriquez from Maryvale for winning 1st place for the 12th grade category in the “Honoring America’s Veterans” statewide essay contest overseen by the Arizona Republic. She was 1st out of over 140 entries. Congrats, Wendy! 🎉
