Update on #jcpenny with the #wheresmybed? story. So we ordered it six weeks ago and it has not arrived. We waited at home for 12 hours for them to deliver. No show. Called @jcpenney and were told to call back again Friday-four days from now.

Still an awful experience with @jcpenney . Six weeks and they've still not delivered our bed, even after we initiated about seven contacts with customer non-service. No mention of offering us anything to compensate for our trouble.

I ordered a mattress a MONTH and two days ago from @jcpenney , but they haven't delivered it, or notified me when they would deliver it. We called them three days ago and were told someone would call us back in three days. #jcpenny will soon get a disputed charge.
