Japan to the Philippines moves billions a year in cross-border payments, most of it through banking rails that are slow and manual.

We're building PHP Settlement Layer: B2B infrastructure for that corridor, on Solana.

Public build log starts here. Devnet deployment, test coverage, and a dashboard that makes the settlement layer invisible to the people actually sending the payment.
