Borna Dehghani, a 17 year old Baha’i teenager & high school student from Rudehen, was killed on January 9, 2026, during protests in Tehranpars after being directly shot by security forces. He died in his father’s arms.

His grieving family was forced to pay a bribe just to receive his body & because he was Baha’i, he was denied burial.

These were Barna Dehghani’s last words: “If I don’t go, nothing will change.”
