Today we created 3 charcuterie boards for a catering order and made some pumpkin muffins for snack club!

Hand pies (empanadas) today! The kids got to experience how the texture of the dough affects the final product, how to utilze an egg wash, and how to use up left over ingredients!

Kabell’s Culinary Arts class had their first labs of the season — cookies and brownies! They did great and yes, that is what you were smelling down the hall. Don’t be jelly!

We are getting ready launch the best year yet at PHS. The culinary students had to solve the crime a Chef Samantha Frost, and find out how sabotage in the kitchen can kill people! Great fun and learning at the same time!!
