Him: Eighteen years. Then I burned out completely.

Him: Now I'm here. Best decision I ever made.
Me: You went from surgeon to security guard?
Him: I went from miserable to okay. The titles are just details.
Finished the coffee.
Left earlier than usual.
Slept well for the first time in weeks.
