I called the FedEx claims department today and they told me they have no record of the 5 times I have reached out to @FedExHelp for help with my claim since July

@FedExHelp I sent you a private messaging asking why I haven't received a check for my claim that has already been approved. Your agent said they couldn't help me, told me I needed to call “customer service” and then provided me with a phone number that doesn't belong to FedEx

@FedExHelp Sylvia - I appreciate your response today. However, I am disappointed that it took over two hours to get a non answer yesterday. I am also disappointed that after having my package lost/opened in transit (still not clear which), it's taken a month to get to this point

@FedExHelp That the only answer I get is that someone will call me back “within 5 to 7 business days”. And that absolutely no one I have spoke to seems to have made any notes in the claim file.

@FedExHelp - only to be told that there are no updates and that FedEx would update me again in two days. It was very disappointing that I had to call and find out that my package was found at a distribution facility, completely empty (that should have been included in an update).

@FedExHelp It’s disappointing that my package didn’t arrive after at its destination after paying for next day shipping. That I had to call FedEx after three days to find out why the package hadn’t been delivered. That after calling, I was told I would be updated in two days
