@NgComCommission please tell @MTNNG to refund my 30k that was debited from my account for the purchase of fiberX data plan which was not successful. @MTNNG has refused to refund me my money.
@MTNNG I really trusted you guys but you failed me just as South Africa failed Africans.
Because I don't know why my fiber X subscription has not been updated for more than 24 hours and your customer service keep telling me to exercise patience.
This is disheartening.
