@Rushcliff Can please provide an update for remaining servers, with estimated time frames. We understand you don’t fully know, but given the others are restored you must be able to estimate.
@Rushcliff Can you confirm the server number of each server that is up and running? And at what stage of recovery the other servers are at. This is important to help manage expectations of staff and patients.

@Rushcliff As requested perviously, can you please provide detailed information on the cause of this? Do you expect to be up and running within 24hrs? The more information we have the more we can plan. Some things are beyond your control, but communication isn't one of them.
@Rushcliff Can you be more specific on the cause and likely timeframe? You're providing a core service to many businesses; 'hoping to resume asap' is an insufficient response. Appreciate you guys are under the pump, but you need to be communicating better.
@Rushcliff Who is your data centre operator? When this happened in March your server provider was iomart and you provided linked updates from them directly. Can you do the same here please?
